Hello again, everyone! My partner in time Jesse Jackson and I are back with a new episode of Next Stop Everywhere: The Doctor Who Podcast! This time, we discuss "The Final Beginning", the first audio drama from Big Finish Productions' Doctor Who: Beyond War Games set from 2022, featuring Michael Troughton as the Second Doctor, Emma Noakes as Raven, and Tim Treloar as Silas!

In this episode, Jesse and I discuss things like Jesse looking forward to the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 soundtrack, Jesse trying to get me to return to Set Lusting Bruce, Michael Troughton taking over as the Second Doctor from his late father Patrick Troughton, the great premise of exploring a new series of Second Doctor adventures between the end of "The War Games" and the beginning of "Spearhead from Space", wishing Sean Pertwee would take over from his late father Jon Pertwee, Michael Troughton making the role his own, the Celestial Intervention Agency being a more proactive group of Time Lords, whether you could appreciate this story without having watched "The War Games" beforehand, Doctor Who fandom wanting "Season 6B", the Second Doctor desperately trying to avoid becoming the Third Doctor, more of the Time Lords being total jerks, the Second Doctor still trusting Raven with Catrona's life even after Raven has already proved herself untrustworthy, Raven marveling at "The final beginning", Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher, Jesse and I wanting to discuss "Wrath of the Ice Warriors" sometime in the future, Silas and Catrona being "prospectors" who lay claim to worlds and then sell the rights to the highest bidder, genocide always being an interesting story idea for Doctor Who, Celestine and the return of Skaro, our favorite quotes of the story, my Reverse the Polarity segment, new feedback from Holly Mac, and more!
