Hello again, everyone! It's time for another new episode of The Fandom Zone Podcast!  This time, DJ Nik and I discuss "Ronin" & "So This Is Christmas?", the fifth & sixth episodes of the Disney+ series Hawkeye, featuring Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye/Clint Barton, Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, and Vincent D'Onofrio as The Kingpin/Wilson Fisk!

In this episode, DJ Nik and I talk about things like both of my parents ending up in the hospital, the final two episode bringing this to a satisfying conclusion, how we currently rank the Marvel Cinematic Universe TV series so far, the return of Vincent D'Onofrio as The Kingpin, "Ronin" being the first crossover appearance of an actor from one of the Netflix Marvel TV shows, Yelena wanting to see the "new and improved" Statue of Liberty, the awkward moment Yelena tries to dehypnotize a Black Widow that wasn't hypnotized, learning how Yelena was a victim of The Blip, getting confirmation that Eleanor was as shady as we thought she was, Yelena not taking herself as seriously as Natasha did, Yelena being friendly to Kate while wanting to kill Clint, Run-D.M.C.'s "Christmas in Hollis", Clint admitting to Maya that he was Ronin, the big reveal of the Kingpin, a Disney PG-rated version of Deadpool, wondering if Laura Barton's Agent 19 of S.H.I.E.L.D. makes Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Mockingbird no longer canon, Eleanor's horrible plan to blackmail the Kingpin, wondering if the Kingpin is rebuilding his organization after the events in the Daredevil TV series, Clint finally telling Kate that she's his partner, the montage of Clint and Kate preparing trick arrows for their upcoming battle, Kate annoying Yelena by pushing all the buttons on the elevator, Kate and Yelena becoming friends, the Swordsman actually turning out to be a likeable character, the Tracksuit Mafia being shrunk down by Pym Particles and taken away by an owl, Clint knowing Natasha's secret whistle with Yelena, Eleanor giving her daughter crap for having her arrested for her crimes, the mitigating circumstances of Clint murdering criminals as Ronin, Maya confronting the Kingpin and possibly shooting him, Lucky finally getting his name from the comics, Clint and Kate roasting the Ronin suit on the barbeque, the disappointing post-credits scene at the end of Episode 6, our favorite quotes of the episodes, new Fandom Zone Fanmail from Chris from Colorado, Holly from Wisconsin and Jesse Jackson, Nik and I discussing Superman & Lois Season 2 while we wait for more MCU shows, my thanks to Nik for helping out this past week, and more!
