2022 Emmy Nominations -- SQUID GAME Survives with 14, STRANGER THINGS Rolls a 13

Squid Game has already come too far to end this now.

Deadline is reporting that Netflix's South Korean survival drama series Squid Game has received 14 nominations for the 2022 Emmy Awards, including acting nominations for Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo as Cho Sang-woo, Oh Yeong-su, Jung Ho-yeon as Kang Sae-bye, and Lee You-mi.

Another Netflix series, Stranger Things, was right behind with an impressive 13 nominations, while Disney+ MCU series Moon Knight earned 8 nominations. FX's vampire comedy series What We Do in the Shadows picked up 7 nominations, and another Disney+ MCU, Loki, followed with 6.

Other recognized geek-favorite shows included The Book of Boba Fett, Star Trek: Picard, The Witcher, Hawkeye, The Simpsons, and What If...?
