Hello again, everyone!  Jesse Jackson and I are back with another new episode of The Fandom Zone Podcast!  This time, we discuss "Blood Moon", the ninth episode from Season 2 of the Syfy series Krypton, featuring the return of the Seg-El/Lyta-Zod/Nyssa-Vex love triangle, General Zod unleashing Doomsday on the Wegthor rebels, and the final fate of Kem!

TITANS Season 2 Trailer Teases Superboy, Aqualad, Ravager & Deathstroke

The Titans are back, bitches!

Spoiler TV has posted the first teaser trailer for the second season of Titans, the DC Universe series based on DC Comics' Titans and Teen Titans characters.  The trailer gives us our first official look at new Season 2 characters Bruce Wayne, Superboy, Aqualad, Ravager, Jericho, and Deathstroke.

The fifty-second trailer opens with Bruce Wayne (Iain Glen) talking with Richard "Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) inside stately Wayne Manor.  "I see you made the news," Bruce remarks.  "Your old Titans friends.  New ones, too."

Suddenly, we cut to the second Robin, Jason Todd (Curran Walters), who jumps in front of TV news report involving some ATF agents.  "Titans are back, bitches!  Woo!" he shouts at the camera with excitement.

Next, we see Donna Troy (Conor Leslie) suiting up in her red Wonder Girl costume, followed by the two Robins fighting one another for some reason.

As Donna and Starfire (Anna Diop) team up to take down someone in the street, we hear Dick say, "There are no sidekicks in Titans.  We're partners, we have each other's back.  This is the new Titans."

We catch glimpses of Aqualad (Drew Van Acker), Superboy (Joshua Orpin), Ravager (Chelsea Zhang), and Jericho (Chella Man), followed by Superboy meeting Krypto the Superdog.

Next, we see Ravager, who has a bandaged left eye, bending the arm of a police officer to fire at someone off camera.  The second Robin, Jason Todd, fights someone wearing a helmet and a powered vest in a tunnel.

Raven (Teagan Croft) is shown sporting a new hairstyle and her traditional forehead jewel.  She asks Dick, "So, what are we, Titans 2.0?"

"Titans: The Next Generation?" suggests Dick in response.

As the electronic music builds, we get a group shot of Wonder Girl, Aqualad, Robin, Hawk (Alan Ritchson), and Dove (Minka Kelly) looking very superheroic together in their uniforms.

In the final scene, we go to a different location in the tunnels and hear Robin say, "No way...Deathstroke."  The camera slowly reveals Esai Morales, fully suited up as the super-assassin.

In this episode, Jesse and I talk about things like celebrating our 150th episode of Next Stop Everywhere: The Doctor Who Podcast, Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' introduction of the Black Mercy in 1985's Superman Annual #11, finding out that Lyta-Zod's clone died while the real Lyta was trapped in the Black Mercy's fantasy world, Lyta and Seg-El's binding ceremony, that awkward moment when you find out your son is going to be a conqueror of worlds and a mass murderer, Lyta's escape from the Black Mercy looking a lot like Neo's from the Matrix pod, Lyta's reunion with Seg, Nyssa-Vex's really bad week, Krypton's space sector 2813, Seg making a commitment to Nyssa about getting their son back from Brainiac, Jayna-Zod and Dev-Em's reunion with Lyta, Jesse shipping Dev-Em and Jayna, Lis-Ser existing only at General Zod's whim, more of General Zod being a bad manager, wanting to see how General Zod previously escaped the Black Mercy, finally seeing the events of General Zod choking his mother Lyta, our favorite quotes of the episode, some comics on TV news, Jesse comparing the iZombie series finale with the Veronica Mars season finale, and more!
