THE FANDOM ZONE 225: "For All Time. Always." Is Up!

"Why aren't we seeing this the same way?"
"Because you can't trust...and I can't be trusted."
"Then I guess we're in a pickle."
-- Sylvie and Loki Laufeyson, Loki: "For All Time. Always."

Hello again, everyone!  It's time for another new episode of The Fandom Zone Podcast!  This time, DJ Nik and I discuss "For All Time. Always.", the Season One finale of the Disney+ series Loki, featuring Tom Hiddleston as Loki Laufeyson, Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie, Tara Strong as Miss Minutes, and introducing Jonathan Majors as He Who Remains!

In this episode, DJ Nik and I talk about things like Loki getting a Season 2, Kate Herron not returning to direct Season 2, the Season 1 finale being a big exposition dump, Jonathan Majors' introduction into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a segment of fandom always finding fault with everything, some comics background on He Who Remains and Kang the Conqueror, Fremont, Ohio being another example of Ohio becoming the heart of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Miss Minutes trying to tempt Loki and Sylvie with a deal, Nik always trying to shoot the dog to kill the ducks in the Duck Hunt video game, He Who Remains reminding Nik of The Architect in The Matrix Reloaded, Loki and Sylvie getting bored easily if they had to run the Time Variance Authority, Jonathan Majors acting deranged and prowling the set to make his long monologues more interesting to the audience, Loki and Sylvie sharing a kiss before Sylvie betrays Loki so she can kill He Who Remains, Sylvie being responsible for the multiple branches to the Sacred Timeline, wondering what was in the documents that Miss Minutes gave Ravonna, Ravonna wanting to become the one in charge so she can have free will, the twist of Loki returning to the TVA only to find that Mobius and Hunter B-15 don't recognize him, wondering if non-comics fans are going to become turned off by all the timey-wimeyness and multiverse concepts, why Loki Season 2 will probably be released after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, our favorite quotes of the episode, ranking the three MCU TV shows so far, new Fandom Zone Fanmail from Dave Proctor, Holly from Wisconsin and Rey from Facebook, Nik and I switching over to TitanTalk: The Titans Podcast in August, and more!
