"It's as if his bones have disintegrated."
"Oh. What could do that?"
"Complete and total absence of any kind of sunlight."
"Hunh. Death by Scotland."
-- The Twelfth Doctor and Nardole, Doctor Who: "The Eaters of Light"

Hello again, everyone! It's time for a new episode of Next Stop Everywhere: The Doctor Who Podcast!  This time, I'm joined by special guest companion Christine Peruski as we provide our commentary track for "The Eaters of Light", the tenth episode from Doctor Who Series 10 in 2017, featuring Peter Capaldi as the Twelfth Doctor, Pearl Mackie as Bill Potts, Matt Lucas as Nardole, and Michelle Gomez as Missy!

In this episode, Christine and I discuss things like Christine being drunk for the episode, why Christine doesn't have a Doctor Who drinking game, my original discussion of "The Eaters of Light" with Jesse Jackson in Episode 087, Nardole being Christine's second-favorite companion, writer Rona Munro being the only person to write for both the original series of Doctor Who and the modern series, Peter Capaldi's cool hair, Doctor Who stars leaving the show after only three seasons, the recent passing of Dodo Chaplet actress Jackie Lane, the Atari 2600 E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial video games, Brian Vernel as Bala-Tik in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, "The Chase" revealing what happened to the Mary Celeste, a special cameo appearance by my wife Lori and my cat Keiko, Bill thinking she knows more about Roman history than the Doctor, Nardole saying he has invisible hair, the crows not talking because they're in a mass sulk, Nardole's emergency bag of unpopped popcorn, the Twelfth Doctor's holey sweater, Bill being called out by the Romans as "narrow-minded" because she isn't bisexual, Nardole's plaid pajama pants, the Jamie McCrimmon fanfic TV spinoff Outlander, new feedback from Dave Proctor, Christine appearing on the Buffy Earpers podcast, Christine not being able to remember the Next Stop Everywhere episode she just recorded, Elisabeth Sladen's daughter Sadie Miller playing her mother's role as Sarah Jane Smith for Return of the Cybermen, and more!
