"Is it future...or is it past?"
-- MIKE to Dale Cooper, Twin Peaks: "The Stars Turn and a Time Presents Itself"

It is happening again...My co-host with the most Xan Sprouse and I are back with a new episode of Ghostwood: The Twin Peaks Podcast!  This time, we're back with our commentary track for "The Stars Turn and a Time Presents Itself", a.k.a. "The Return, Part 2", from the 2017 Showtime revival of Twin Peaks, starring Kyle MacLachlan as Dale Cooper & Mr. C, Sheryl Lee as Laura Palmer, Al Strobel as MIKE, Ray Wise as Leland Palmer, Grace Zabriskie as Sarah Palmer, and introducing Jennifer Jason Leigh as Chantal Hutchens!

LET'S ROCK!

In our latest episode, Xan and I discuss things like Xan and I being each other's favorite, Chip 'n Dale vs. the Goofy Gophers, Xan joining me on the 150th episode of Next Stop Everywhere: The Doctor Who Podcast, Xan and I meeting Ray Wise and Sheryl Lee at the Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me screening event at the Studio 35 Cinema and Drafthouse in Columbus, Ray Wise being the William Shatner of Twin Peaks, Sheryl Lee being introspective, Xan cheating on our podcast by appearing on The Red Room Podcast, Fire Walk With Me mattering more after "The Return", Xan trying to explain the scene where Annie Blackburn appears in Laura Palmer's bed to her husband Chris, Ray Wise joking about only having two words of dialogue in "The Return", Donald Sutherland being on Xan's freebie list, the Scream movies, Bill and Phyllis Hastings knowing each of them are having affairs, the first Woodsman, Patrick Fischler being a cousin of David Dastmalchian (not really), Hawk's friendship with the Log Lady, Sheryl Lee's return as Laura Palmer, Laura removing her face, wondering who or what ripped Laura out of the Black Lodge, the Evolution of the Arm as a Christmas tree, Mr. C having a dictaphone, the new voice of Phillip Jeffries, the debut of Freddie McRubberfist, Walter Olkewicz playing yet another Renault, the greatness of "Shadow" by Chromatics, whether Gordon Cole and Shelly Johnson would sleep with each other, the Studio 35 audience freaking out over seeing James Marshall singing "Just You", Xan and I looking forward to the upcoming "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event on the CW DC Comics shows, and more!
